I was sick and not functioning:
Chronic fatigue, respiratory infections, and nausea ruled my life. I couldn’t enjoy life the way people around me were, and I fell into depression. It affected my social life, love life, and career.

I wasn’t ALWAYS healthy. Like anyone else, I loved my sugar. Breads, cakes, cookies, and anything chocolate were my weaknesses. But my health was failing, and as years went on, my health continued to decline. I was chronically ill, fatigued, had weight fluctuations, insomnia, sugar cravings, and eventually thyroid issues.
After years of being tossed around the medical system without answers to my conditions, I took matters into my own hands. I began working with health coaches, nutritionists, Chinese medicine and Naturopathic doctors, performed my own self study, and finally became licensed with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in order to understand the role that diet and lifestyle plays on the body and immune system.
I am now on a mission to educate the world on the dangers of sugar, poor diet, and poor mindset, because if you are suffering from any kind of chronic illness–even fatigue and brain fog–your diet and lifestyle could be the root cause. The bottom line? You are what you eat!
